Using the the principles of mind, body and spirit each day we will take you through compulsory sessions.

  1. A mindfulness and meditation-based session to focus on the mind and the spirit.
  2. A physical activity session.
  3. A cognitive thought provoking session.

The Mindbody medicine program focuses on the interactions among the brain, mindbody, and behavior, and the powerful ways in which emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health.

Humans are unique in the animal kingdom and language is a big part of what sets us apart form other animals   We will also teach you how to do self-inquiry exercises.


We will also follow up with you after the program, this helps in the transition back home but also keeps you connected to the group.   

In the 10 days course you’ll learn what works best for you and how to do it on your own.  We create a safe environment for you to explore what works best for you, different meditation techniques, diverse forms of exercise and different nutritional concepts. These are skills you can also take back home not only for yourself but also to your family and friends.
