  • Psychedelic intergration – Psychedelic integration and consultation. Many people in these times are seeking out psychedelics for self growth and healing and to help with issues of addiction and PTSD. And when people are right that it could help with these issues there are some things to take into account, was just a little bit of consultation or coaching you can really get the most out of using these substances and also avoid some basic pitfalls.  With over 20 years of experience and training in psychedelic therapy not to mention the hundreds of connections we have around the world with medicine providers, shamans and psychiatrist who have been fully immersed in the entheogenic landscape as people have indigenous cultures who were born into medicine communities or scientist who have made it their life‘s work to do research on these plant medicines.

  • Recovery Coaching: Accountability knowing what to do and actually doing it are 2 different things.  We understand that recovery is difficult and sometimes we need a guide to show us how to do thing but also important is having someone as moral support to get started and keep moving along the path to recovery. What do mean by nutrition- exercise and rest?

Everyone has different requirements and different ways of considering what it means to be healthy.  No 2 people are the same, what works for one may not work for another. We take this into consideration when we developed our programs.  Not only do some people have different physiologies that require consideration but what may be inspiring for one person may be a total drag for another.  

We believe that in order to have a healthy body you need a health mind and vice versa.  We want our clients not only to look better but also to feel better emotionally, by combining various alternatives and holistic mind/body exercises to help you Train your Body, Challenge your Mind, and Nurture your Soul.
